FPC Church Picnic

Mark your calendars for this year’s annual Church Picnic! Sunday School classes – challenge each other to a game of volleyball, whiffleball or a tug-o-war. Challenge yourselves with relay races, horseshoes or Bible related trivia.

*Enjoy oldies, folk and Christian music with “Deb and Dave.” Debra Brassell and David Griffith are a brother and sister duet. Debra and her family live in Dallas and are members of Kennesaw United Methodist Church. David and his family reside in Marietta and attend First Presbyterian.

This year we will enjoy fried chicken as a main course. We need your side dish to compliment. Cookies and watermelon will be provided for dessert.

Please Bring: All families should bring a salad or side to feed 10-12 people.

Directions: 75 North to Exit 285 – Red Top Mountain Rd. Turn Left at top of exit ramp and go 0.6 miles to Hwy 41 Turn Right on Hwy 41 and go 1.0 miles to Allatoonia Dam Rd. Turn Right on Allatoonia Dam Rd. and go 0.8 miles to the entrance of Riverside Day Use Area.

Mention FPC Picnic to the park attendant for free admission.
It is approximately a 30-minute ride from the church.
