Ladies Night Out
"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who loves the Lord is to be praised." Proverbs 31:30
Once a year, the FPC Congregation gathers for Ladies Night Out. This popular event is focused on praising God through service to the women in our lives, our communities, and in our church family. This is a special time of relaxation and fellowship.
Ladies Night Out 2011
Thursday, October 13 from 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Tickets available in the Gathering Space on Sundays and Wednesdays. Ticket Cost: $15
Join us this year for a special presentation with Speaker, Ashley Smith, author of Unlikely Angel. Ashley made headlines around the globe when she miraculously talked her way out of the hands of alleged courthouse killer, Brian Nichols, after he took her hostage for seven hours in her suburban Atlanta apartment.
Join us as Ashley recounts her gripping account of how God led her through this nightmare scenario from the darkness and into His light.
The evening is supported by many volunteer servers (including the men of our congregation). Physical nourishment is offered with wonderful food; emotional sustenance is provided by the joy of sharing an evening together; spiritual renewal is shared with an inspirational program. We praise God for the gifts of our Sisters in Christ!
