What is Cursillo Fourth Day?
It is a Christian small-group, you can join after you experience a Cursillo weekend. Fourth Day provides opportunities throughout the year to gather with others who have attended a Cursillo weekend. You can also participate in future Cursillo weekends as a team member.
When does Cursillo Fourth Day meet?
We meet on the fourth Monday of every month beginning at 7:00 p.m. at FPC.
What happens at Cursillo Fourth Day?
We enjoy fellowship and a meal together, sing, pray, and share any spiritual experiences. |
Presbyterian Cursillo is ....
- An escape from business as usual.
- Three days of singing, worship, laughter, prayer, and fellowship.
- Three days of thinking about what God has planned for you.
- An opportunity to focus your whole being on the grace, goodness, and boundless love of God.
Presbyterian Cursillo weekends are open to adult members of any Presbyterian Church in all phases of faith or discipleship. Presbyterian clergy are on hand for spiritual guidance, prayer, and administering the sacraments. It is a time to focus fully on God.
Some of your fellow FPC member have attended Cursillo. Ask these persons about their experiences and how you can become a part of Presbyterian Cursillo. Sam and Sandra Ainsworth, Jane Cofer, Pem and Lucy Cooley, Debbie Harris, Denise Lobodinsky, Gail Meacham, and Karen Molohon.
The cost is minimal - only $100 for a three-day weekend. What do you have to lose? Heavy burdens, guilt, shame, pain, fear? What do you have to gain? Peace, joy, love, freedom. |
