Mother's Morning Out Guidelines

Illness Policy

Please be respectful of the other children in MMO and keep your child home if they are ill.  Please do not send your child if they have had vomiting, diarrhea, or fever in the past 24 hours. NOTE: MMO cannot administer any medication to your children.

Snacks will be provided for children 17 months and older.  Lunch will be at 11:30 p.m. for Toddlers, 12:00 p.m. for Children, and Infants' according to their schedule.  If your child will be attending MMO during this time, you must provide a lunch that they can feed themselves and that does not require heating or storing in the refrigerator.  Due to allergies of other children in MMO, no peanut products please.

Reservations (There is a three-hour minimum reservation required for MMO)

You can call (770) 427-0293 x229 to make a reservation or you can drop by the children’s library (Room 108) Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  If you leave a reservation on the voice mail, your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation call.  We do welcome drop-ins, but we cannot guarantee availability. NOTE: Payment will still be required if you do not cancel your child's reservation.

Pick-up/Drop-off (Please do not park in the front traffic circle during preschool carpool times)

Please come by the children’s library (Room 108) to sign your child in.  If this is their first time attending MMO, you will need to fill out a short Emergency Form.  After signing in, you will be directed to the room to drop-off your child and given the name of the teacher in that room.

When picking up, please return to room 108 to sign your child out.  From there, you will be directed to your child's location (i.e. playground, gym or original room).

Any personal articles brought to MMO must be labeled with the child’s name.  This includes, but is not limited to lunch boxes, sippy cups, bottles, diaper bags, pacifiers, changes of clothing, etc.

State Regulations

Children will not be allowed to stay in the MMO program for more than eight hours per week.  These hours are separate from normal church functions (i.e. Sunday School, Wednesday night programs and Bible study).
